Refund & Returns Policy
Welcome to Lorven Prints. At Lorven Prints, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since most of our products are custom-printed and made to order, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
1. Nature of Printed Products
All products offered by Lorven Prints are customized or printed based on customer-provided specifications, such as:
- Design files
- Text content
- Colours
- Quantity
- Size and finishing options
Because of this, printed products cannot be resold, and therefore returns or refunds are limited.
2. No Returns for Correctly Printed Orders
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- The order is printed correctly as per the approved design or final confirmation.
- The customer made an error in text, spelling, colour choice, size, or quantity.
- The customer changed their mind after placing the order.
- Colour variation occurs due to screen vs print difference (this is normal in printing).
- Delay caused by courier or logistics partners.
3. Eligible Cases for Refund or Reprint
We will gladly offer a reprint or refund (at our discretion) in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product received has major printing defects
- Product received is different from the confirmed order
- Quantity delivered is less than ordered
4. How to Raise a Complaint
To request a refund or reprint:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share: Order ID, Clear photos or video showing the issue, Brief explanation of the problem

Complaints raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
5. Verification Process
- Our team will review the issue within 3–5 working days.
- If the claim is valid, we will offer: Free reprint, OR Partial or full refund, depending on the issue.
- Our decision will be final and communicated clearly.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Refund timeline: 5–10 working days (depending on bank/payment gateway).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
- If cancellation is requested before production begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting design/setup costs.
8. Colour & Design Disclaimer
- Slight colour variations between screen and print are normal.
- Final responsibility for proofreading lies with the customer.
- Approved designs are considered final confirmation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product ordered. Lorven Prints will not be responsible for indirect losses, business losses, or delays beyond our control.
